How do I create a Maid It Spotless Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://maiditspotless.launch27.com/login/

Do you service my area?

If you’re within Metro New Orleans area, absolutely. If we can reach your home within one hour of New Orleans LA, we service your area.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can can give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at http://maiditspotless.com/login/ and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

 

APARTMENT/HOUSE KEYS

 

Can I leave my keys with my cleaner?

Of course, if you book a regular clean with us we will always assign the same cleaner to the job. If you would like to leave your keys with your cleaner, they will keep them secure for your next clean.

Do I need to be home for my booking?

No you don’t need to be home when we clean your house. If you would like to leave the key with a neighbor, your management office or somewhere secure then we can collect it. Just add instructions when you make your booking. On your first clean with Maid It Spotless we do like you to be home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas that you would like us to focus on but we understand that isn’t always possible.

How do I give feedback?

We will send you an email once the clean is complete asking you for feedback. Please do take time to complete this as we like to give our cleaners a bonus for receiving a five star review. We promise to act on any feedback you send us as we are a young company trying to improve so please do share any suggestions that you have on how we can improve.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We take your credit or debit card details at the time of booking, however we will only collect payment after your cleaning service has been performed. We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and debit cards for payment.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your clean within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we have to charge you a cancellation fee of $70. If you re-book a clean with Maid It Spotless then half of the cancellation fee will be applied towards your next service.

How do I redeem a discount code, voucher, or gift card?

It’s easy, all you need to do is include the code on the booking form when asked and the discount will be removed from your booking instantly.

When will my card be charged?

We will never charge your card before your clean. We will only take payment after your cleaning service has been performed. Guaranteed.

Maid It Spotless remembers our roots, when companies used to make sure their customers were satisfied. Everything we do is an effort to bring those days back to modern times. If you’re not content with any aspect of your cleaning, we will completely re-clean within 7 days. After that, if you’re still not satisfied enough to refer us to your BFF, we’ll refund your money. What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.

What is your hiring process?

We hire only the most motivated, reliable and experienced cleaners. To be accepted as a cleaner for Maid It Spotless, all our candidates must undertake a rigorous selection and recruitment process. This includes a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. If they pass these we then perform a reference check on all the teams. Finally, we ask all candidates to perform a test clean so that we can inspect the quality of their cleaning. If the teams pass the quality inspection, then we welcome them to the team.

How can I join the Maid It Spotless cleaning team?

Do you provide a replacement cleaner if my cleaner is unavailable?

Yes, we will! Your cleaner will need to take some well deserved time off. When they do, we will send another member of out cleaning team to complete your clean to the usual Maid It Spotless standard.

Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes we do!  We always bring everything we need to give your home the perfect cleaning. If you have a preference for what we use on a specific surface, just let us know beforehand and we’ll take care of it.

We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you are not delighted with your cleaning, let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a member of our cleaning team back to re-clean within 7 days. It’s as simple as that. What time will the cleaners arrive?

Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean; however, please allow 1 hour to take into account heavy traffic. We recommend if you need to leave your house for example by 11am that you book your clean for 10:00am to make sure the cleaners are there in plenty of time before you need to leave. We will give you a call if your cleaner is going to be late, but please call the Customer Service Team at (504) 264-9696 if you have any additional questions or concerns.

How many cleaners do you send?

We typically send teams of 2, but for smaller properties we may send just one cleaner to get the job done.
